Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

FTG Bible College (“FTG”, “we”, “us”) operates this website (ftgbible.com) to offer biblical and theological education, implementing Team Impact Christian University Curriculum. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you use our registration form, we may collect: your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, home address, city/town, country, the programme and specialization you’re interested in, any prior Bible or ministry training, and what you hope to get out of studying with us. We also automatically record which page a registration came from, so we can respond appropriately.

Why we collect it

  • To process your registration and guide you into the right programme
  • To communicate with you about your studies, modules, and assessments
  • To maintain the academic and administrative records your studies require
  • To process payments for programme fees where applicable
  • To understand which parts of this website are helping prospective students, so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above without asking you first.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to measure which pages help prospective students find and complete registration. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not stop you from browsing the site, but may affect how forms behave.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with: FTG staff and contractors who need it to process your registration or deliver your studies; Team Impact Christian University, where required for curriculum implementation, assessment, or the qualification you are pursuing; and our payment/billing provider, for students who proceed with a paid programme. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Registration information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you enrol, for the duration of your studies plus a reasonable period afterward for academic and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you that we are not legally required to retain.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you; request a copy of it; ask us to correct or delete it, where reasonable and lawful; withdraw consent to processing at any time (this won’t affect processing already lawfully carried out before withdrawal); and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have handled your information improperly.

Contact us about your information
